Meet Chef Eliza, the restaurateur and award-winning chef of 221 South Oak in Telluride. Aside from working at her restaurant, Eliza also earned a spot in Season 10’s Top Chef competition on Bravo. For over two decades, the talented chef has been serving her exquisite culinary mastery to clientele in the eclectic resort town in southwestern Colorado. Her unique flavor palette reflects on experiences of growing up in the South, working at prestigious fine dining establishments in New Orleans and Napa Valley, attending Le Cordon Bleu in Paris France and from the Rocky Mountains she now calls home.

Haven’t decided on a venue yet? 221 South Oak is available to be fully rented out for your wedding reception or rehearsal dinner. The space features a large patio area for dinning or mingling.

If you need a venue for your event, the 221 South Oak restaurant is available to be fully or partially rented out. The restaurant can provide a full bar and extensive wine list. Additionally in the Spring and Summer, the garden patio can be used for dining and mingling.
